Screen Print your own t-shirts - - How-To - - Easy DIY Screen Printing kit


 Print on the sheets supplied with the laser or inkjet printer. It is recommended to use 100% black when making computer graphics.
 It is possible to combine 2 A4 sheets with adhesive tape so as to create an A3 format
 Pour a quantity of Top Screen emulsion into the emulsion stretcher.
 Spread the emulsion exerting a very light pressure in order to distribute the right amount of product on the frame.
 Dry the frame thoroughly using a hair dryer or hot fan
 The use of a foam sheet to be placed under the frame is recommended.
 Place the print with the black part facing the frame
 Place a glass plate on the press and frame
 Turn on the halogen lamp and place it about 65 cm away
 Expose for 20 minutes
 At the end of the 20 minutes, turn off the lamp and remove the glass and graphics from the frame
 Rinse thoroughly with water using a garden hose.
 Fabric spray glue is very useful in the printing process.

It starts with clean cotton about 25 to 30 percent of the cotton we start with is combed out during our unique refining process. Because it contains impurities or does not meet our standards.
