 The screen printing kit includes:
 An aluminum screen printing frame (58x48 cm.) 55T mesh
 Black ink (250 gr.) For t-shirts
 Screen printing emulsion (250 gr.) Top Screen.
 A screen printing squeegee (33 cm.)
 A yellow E27 bulb.
 Five wooden spatulas.
 A 35 cm aluminum emulsion stretcher.
 An active degreaser for a 1000 ml ready-to-use frame.

 A 500 ml spray.
 A pair of latex gloves.
 Two frame holders for screen printing.
 A 500 watt halogen lamp for displaying the chassis.
 A detailed instruction manual.
 Ten sheets for A4 laser printer.
 First you need to degrease the frame fabric.
 Subsequently, a minimum quantity of the active degreaser "Label with red star" must be inserted inside the sprayer to facilitate the procedure.
 Spray the entire surface of the frame on both sides with the help of the sprayer.
 Spread the degreaser evenly on the surface of the frame with a sponge.
 Rinse thoroughly with water using a garden hose.
 Dry the frame thoroughly using a hairdryer or a hot fan.
 Create an ideal environment using only the yellow light.
 Pour a quantity of Top Screen emulsion into the emulsion stretcher.
 Spread the emulsion exerting a very light pressure in order to distribute the right amount of product on the frame.
 Dry the frame thoroughly using a hair dryer or hot fan
 Print on the sheets supplied with the laser printer. It is recommended to use 100% black when making computer graphics
 It is possible to combine 2 A4 sheets with adhesive tape so as to create an A3 format
 Place the print with the black part facing the frame
 The use of a foam sheet to be placed under the frame is recommended.
 Place the frame over the foam
 Place a glass plate on the press and frame
 Turn on the halogen lamp and place it about 65 cm away
 centrally to the frame
 Expose for 20 minutes
 At the end of the 20 minutes, turn off the lamp and remove the glass and graphics from the frame
 Rinse thoroughly with water using a garden hose.
 Dry the frame thoroughly using a hair dryer or hot fan
 Install the pair of pliers on a wooden board
 Install the chassis
 Spread a quantity of ink on the frame
 Print!
 Cleaning and recovery of the printing frame
 Put a minimum quantity of the active degreaser "Label with blue star" in a sprayer to facilitate the procedure
 Spray on the entire surface of the frame on both sides
 and wait a few minutes
 Rinse thoroughly with water using a garden hose
