alright hey we're at surf Expo at the
hookah booth and this is where we get
our hats and this is John's gonna walk
us through this place is awesome
yep so hookah head we're we're a
complete customization low minimums
quick turnaround company you can see
here we actually have accounts that sit
down with us and they can sign their ads
change colors put their logos on pick
their different appliques the program
that we offer is 48 minimum 12 for color
30-day production time all your hats
come with your own into your custom
label so basically your branding is all
over your hat again everything's built
from the ground up you pick the colors
of the button the eyelets all the
panel's pop the brim under trim
custom shirts no minimum
sweatband and the taping and the
closures beside the high crown low crown
we have a bunch of different varieties
of pads got all the hats over here
and everything that you would have
imagined actually I've been looking at
some of these hats for ideas of the
stuff that we're going to do for paddle
monster and for distressed mullet and
you know in the past I've had to you
know do these huge minimum orders to be
able to get a custom hat but really
choosing from the same range of hats and
not being able to customize it so it's
kind of like I had to buy more than I
could sell and I was buying ones that
looked exactly like everybody else's so
the ability to change I mean not just
the Hat
style but everything from thread count
to you know and Johnny just I mean just
some of the customizations that you can
do on a typical hat we offers probably
25 to 30 different types of fabrics for
specialty fabrics where you can get
camos you get Hawaiian prints you can
get plaids you can get denim via cord
and then we have our basic 12 with
probably 30 different colors we have all
different types of mesh from trucker
mash sports match to stretch mash so
basically with all the different fabrics
that we offer and all the different
styles there's millions of combinations
so it's literally almost impossible for
anybody had the same two hats a lot of
companies out there they offered a
certain set color
we build arts from the ground up and the
best part is it's 30-day production time
and those low minimums you'll never have
more than 1200 color because it's 48
minimum 12 our colors show it's a great
thing you pick all your different
colorways we have booty hats we have a
whole list of different type of beanies
that you can get it's like bubblegum
shrimp like you can put um you know
whatever you want and we have all
different kinds of applications from
leather patches to woven labels to tulle
patches with embroidery or screen
printing we can sublimate on the front
of half if you have a picture that you
want to put on the front of your app we
can sublimate it on the front virtually
do pretty much anything that you want to
do with that hat and we're company just
polka calm yeah they can go to Phuket
ink calm and check it out and then you
can inquire to get in touch with a rep
we have a we have any website and in a
link that you can go get your count up
and you usually have your account open
within a day or two and start the
process whenever we design hath for you
we send you each colorway
through a link so you don't have to
download everything on your computer and
tie up a lot of space and then you can
alter adjust your artwork as needed to
get to where you want it to be and then
once you're satisfied you hit the
approve button 30 days later is shipping
to you so if you're in a seasonal place
I say you just do a summer business you
can actually sell through hats and get
back into them in that short window and
still be able to sell some hats before
your business is kind of slowing down so
whether it's July 4th or December 25th
Christmas its 30-day production and cool
