How to Heat Press Foil Tee Shirts using Plastisol Adhesive

everybody it's Matt with Mikey Designs
and we're just going to do a quick
tutorial on how to do soil heat press
transfers or basically just soil prints
and so we lined our shirt up straight on
the pallet and what we now here is soil
adhesive using a 110 mesh and this is
for a client of ours that is having a
bachelorette party you can see the
adhesive we're gonna run it through the
conveyor dryer real quick
now that we've run our t-shirt through
our conveyor dryer just the gel up the
adhesive what we're using is
international coatings classes all foil
adhesive and so we're going to take our
piece of foil just measuring out and
cutting it we're using gold for this
particular transfer you can get them in
all kinds of colors from your local
screen print supply store and so now
we're going to keep press it at about
325 with the medium to hard pressure for
about 15 seconds
now that we've heat press the foil onto
the shirt we're gonna let it cool down
for about 20 to 30 seconds and in the
meantime you can just kind of go over to
see if there's any spots that mean if
it's got a rink or anything you can use
a pencil eraser to just kind of smooth
it out alright now that our foil has had
a chance to cool down for about twenty
to thirty seconds or the adhesive has
cold we can just go ahead and peel the
foil right off and there we are there's
the end result and if any of you folks
out there needs screen printed shirts
feel free to give us a call
