5 Minute Manual Screen Printing Challenge White Ink

Hey everybody, Matt with Mikey Designs & Silk Screen and what I'm
gonna do today is another video for the
five minute challenge and this time I'm
going to give a whirl at white on dark
garments okay
so what I'm using today is the new
meteor white ink creamy it's like crew
whip anxious so we're gonna put a little
bit of Cool Whip pink and our screen
here and I've got my son Kayden show me
around and it's a nice muggy hot summer
or I guess I should say spring anyways
that's neither here nor there so I've
got my flash going I've got my t-shirts
ready to go
got my screen loaded up and I'm gonna go
ahead and set the timer and we'll see
how many t-shirts I can't print in five
minutes we're going to start it now
we help everybody's doing well tonight
don't we Cajun
yeah and when I'm doing here a one-color
job obviously on dark t-shirts with the
white print through this one's ginormous
and I'm using a 156 mesh for this
particular job normally I use 110 but
this ink is so creamy give it a try with
and as you can see my dryer over there
but it's about two inches away from the
palette and this flash is pretty quick
I'm hitting this twice okay so there's
our second hit right there going on the
conveyor and remember with this
challenge only the t-shirts that make it
onto the conveyor count
and also it's number three their Cantina
reject t-shirt let's try and think of
what it was called last time but
couldn't figure it out hmm starting that
outrun my mayor drive it here is I'm
very straighten there goes the first
shirt down
we'll give them the count once they all
ballers in the box the box has zero
t-shirts and it starting out with okay
60 shirt some reloaded my pallets again
with some more lovely piece did he mean
you just grabbed a bunch of pepto-bismol
and put in a mold yeah okay can we just
like edit on some epic time music like
music
I have no idea
something like time's running out don't
know okay
they want to put more pressure on you
while you're watching the video of you
near go faster yeah you're not doing
good enough
no master well your little midget arms
are working hard enough I'm the freaking
pterodactyl you know work harder
actually a dream don't they also have
short arms
whatever another t-shirt press the timer
is still going
let's see how much time we have there
we've got 20 oh you got 19 seconds go go
faster faster go faster you fat t-rex
faster one more to shirt and you do a
five four three two okay let's see so
watch them fall into the box okay we're
gonna watch them fall into the box

let's temp them real quick just to make
sure we're still good on our temperature
and it looks like we're at three hundred
and fifty three hundred and forty so we
should be good okay now our t-shirts are
just about finished coming out to
conveyor where's there's three more in
there well I don't think we need to
count them because this is a six I'll
press over here and as you can see
there's still one t-shirt
on the pallets which is 16
excuse me 6 times 2 that's 12 minus 1 11
so it's 11 just serve you got it
and let's see where's the calculator on
this thing and we'll figure out how many
t-shirts that was go back it's somewhere
on the front room uh-oh

then we calculate the total oh I printed
11 t-shirts and 5 minutes and 11 times
12 is 132 we okay everybody else join in
