THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Screenprint and sublimation T-SHIRTS
hey my name is Mark I'm here to see any
lettering and today I'm gonna talk about
the differences between screen printed
t-shirts and some maida dyed custom t-shirts no minimum
two different processes both allow you
to place a logo on a t-shirt but the
results are very different screen
printing is a process where you lay a
plastic saw ink on a shirt heat it up
and it's on the surface of the t-shirt
looks pretty cool
people have been screen printing
t-shirts for years the other method will
be a sublimated dye that actually
adheres this shirt bakes into the shirt
it is it becomes part of the shirt it's
not like the screen printing process
screen printing process if you look real
close when all is said and done you can
pull that apart you'll see cracks
eventually that ankle wear down it'll
it'll crack up it'll fall off the shirt
it will not last as long as the t-shirt
does you might get 30 washes out of that
with a sublimated dye shirt the ink is
actually becoming a part of the shirt
you'll see that there's no cracking at
all on that it's it's become a dye
process that has changed the color that
sugar altered the color of the shirt
screen printing process it lays on the
surface it doesn't sink into the into
the fabric so a screen printing much
different not going to last as long as
what's sublimated dye it's gonna last as
long as the t-shirt does you won't see
the fading you won't see the cracking it
can throw it through the wash it'll
always look like it does so sublimated
dye is the way of the future it's the
way to go look for sub die
