felt on darker colored garments we use a
process known as under basin with under
base printing the garment first receives
a pretreatment and then it's printed
using a two passed process the first
pass creates a foundation of white ink
that bonds to the pre treated fabric and
the second pass prints the color image
on top of the white layer the result is
an equally vibrant and durable print
that still has a softer feel than
traditional screen printing printing
with an under base is slightly more
expensive than non under base hunting
however there is still significant
profit potential for both methods which

printed the ink is secured into the
garment with heat and pressure our
